To allow another person to trade under your account, for example a colleague, please complete a basic registration form for them. They will receive an email inviting them to create an account.

Your dealer is Daniel Mercer, who looks after your account.

Only when you ask.

Daniel can sign in to your account and book a transfer when you ask on a recorded call, by WhatsApp or by email.

Only to recipients you already have.

Daniel can pay recipients already on your account, and can’t add recipients or change your details.

Off whenever you like.

Turn it off in your account or from the link in our email, and Daniel’s access stops straight away.

It starts straight away. We’ll email you a copy with a turn-off link, and you can turn it off here at any time.
